Instant order notifications on your lock screen
This is what your phone looks like when a new order lands on PERCUP. Each push notification shows the order number and a prompt to fulfill it — tap to open the dashboard directly.
You'll also see email alerts from PERCUP BOT with the full order breakdown: product name, quantity, order ID, and a link to your dashboard.
These notifications arrive even when the app is closed or you are logged out. You only need to enable it once.
Tap the Share button in Safari
With brands.percup.com open in Safari, tap the share icon at the bottom of the browser (box with arrow pointing up). A menu will appear.
You can see the PERCUP login page in the background — make sure you're on this page before tapping share.

You'll see sharing options — AirDrop, Messages, Notes and more. Add to Home Screen is not visible yet — you need one more step.
Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll further down in the share sheet to find Add to Home Screen. Tap it and the PERCUP Brand Panel will be installed on your iPhone home screen as an app icon.
Once installed, open it from your home screen — it will launch full screen, just like a native app.
PERCUP lives on your home screen — just like a native app
Once you tap "Add to Home Screen", the PERCUP Brand Panel icon appears on your iPhone home screen with its own app icon — ready to launch instantly, just like Deliveroo, Careem or any other app.
Tap it to open the panel in full screen with no browser chrome. You won't need to type the URL or open Safari again.
This is what makes push notifications possible — once installed this way, your device can receive PERCUP order alerts even when the app is closed.
Enter your OTP to log in
After entering your email and tapping Send OTP, a 4-digit login code arrives in your inbox from bot@percup.com.
Enter the 4 digits and tap Verify & Continue. No password — ever. If you don't receive it within a minute, tap "Resend OTP" after the countdown ends.
Your dashboard — now on mobile
Once logged in you have full access to your brand dashboard. View Revenue, Orders, Items Sold, and Sales data instantly.
You'll see a prompt at the bottom to Enable order alerts — tap it to jump straight to alert settings.
Turn Push Notifications on — or off — anytime
In the Alerts section you can control exactly which notifications you receive. Toggle each one on or off independently at any time.
Scroll down to Push Notifications and toggle it ON. Your device may ask for permission — tap Allow. Notifications will then arrive even when the app is closed.
Missed it during setup? No problem — open the Alerts section from the side menu at any time and toggle it on. The same toggle is used to turn notifications off whenever you need a break.
Turn Push Notifications on or off whenever you need
You don't have to set this up during installation. You can visit the Alerts section from the side menu at any time to turn push notifications on or off.
Simply toggle Push Notifications to ON to start receiving instant order alerts on your phone — even when the app is closed.
Toggle it OFF at any time if you want to pause notifications. Your other alert preferences (Order Alert, Return Alert, etc.) will not be affected.
Manage each alert type independently from the Alerts section of your brand panel.
