Before you start
Make sure you have admin access to both your PERCUP Brand Panel and your Shopify store. The Shopify app install is a one-time step — once connected, you can push products anytime.
Steps

Open the PERCUP app inside your Shopify store
Log in to your Shopify store and go to Apps → PERCUP from the left sidebar. This opens the PERCUP dashboard inside Shopify, showing your overview: total orders, today's orders, price margin, excluded countries, and your popular products.

Review your product list and understand the statuses
The Products page shows all your Shopify products alongside two status columns — Shopify status (whether the product is active or draft in Shopify) and Product status (its status on PERCUP).

Available
The product is eligible to be submitted to PERCUP. You can select and push it.
Approved
You submitted it and the PERCUP team has approved it. It is now live on PERCUP.
Rejected
PERCUP reviewed it and it does not meet platform standards. Contact your account manager.

Use filters to find the right products quickly
Click Show by product status to filter your product list. You can filter by Approved, Available, or Rejected — this makes it easy to spot which products are ready to submit and which have already been processed.

Select your products and click "Submit the Product"
Tick the checkbox next to each product you want to push to PERCUP. You can select multiple products at once. Once you have made your selection, click the Submit the Product button in the top right corner.
That's it — your submission goes to the PERCUP team for review. Once approved, the product status will update to Approved and the listing will go live on PERCUP automatically.

Approval & rejection
Every submission is reviewed by the PERCUP team. Products that don't meet platform standards will be marked Rejected.

Even after submission, PERCUP may reject products that don't meet our platform standards. You will be notified if this happens. Contact your account manager if you have questions about a rejection.
All done
Once approved, your products appear on the PERCUP platform automatically and inventory stays in sync with Shopify in real time. No further action needed.
