Don't worry — if you haven't packed within 30 minutes, PERCUP won't cancel the order. Instead, it gets flagged automatically in your Orders page with a red OVERDUE badge so you can prioritise it immediately.
Overdue orders are highlighted with a red left border and are easy to spot. Fulfil these first — the rider is already booked and waiting.
Black Lane appears automatically at checkout
When a customer's delivery address is within 25km, the PERCUP Black Lane option appears in the shipping section — AED 30, priority morning delivery before 11:30 AM.
Standard shipping (AED 16.99, 48hrs) remains available. The customer selects their preference and completes payment as normal.
No setup needed from your side — eligibility is determined automatically by the system.
Black Lane orders are tagged in your Orders list
Black Lane orders appear with a Black Lane tag next to the order ID. A countdown timer shows how long you have left to generate the label.
Orders needing a label show a red Generate Label button. Orders already dispatched via Black Lane show a Shipping Details button instead.
Generate the label — same flow as before
Click Generate Label on the order. The modal shows the shipping carrier (Noon Express) and customer address pre-filled.
Select your Box Type (PERCUP Small Box or your own), enter the weight in kg, and the dimensions in cm. Click Generate Label to book the rider.
Need to ship multiple items? Tap + Add another box.
Label generated — rider is booked
Once generated, a confirmation shows the AWB (tracking) number and a preview of the delivery slip. The tracking number is saved to the order and the customer is notified automatically.
You can Print Label directly or Download PDF to print from another device. Attach it securely to the package.
The delivery slip — verify the pickup code
The delivery slip shows everything needed for the handover: your brand address, the customer address, the tracking ID, and the pickup task code.
Important: When the Noon rider arrives, ask them to confirm their app shows the same task ID as the slip before handing over the parcel. Cash collection is marked PREPAID.
Overdue orders — act immediately
If 30 minutes passes without a label being generated, the order is flagged OVERDUE with a red badge and highlighted row in your Orders page.
This is your signal to drop everything and pack the order. Generate the label immediately — the Noon rider is waiting and the customer's 90-minute window is at risk.
Tip: Enable push notifications so you're alerted the moment a Black Lane order arrives.
Customer gets live tracking
Once the rider collects the parcel, the customer receives a live tracking link showing the full delivery journey — from Pending assignment through to Delivered.
The map shows the pickup location (your brand) and the drop-off (customer address), with the rider's name and vehicle visible in real time.
This is fully automated — no action needed from you once the label is generated.
Black Lane is live — no setup needed
If your customers are within 25km, Black Lane is already available to them at checkout. Make sure push notifications are on so you never miss a time-sensitive order.
